• 購買前請確認您的配送地址資訊正確無誤，因地址錯誤而導致的配送問題我們將不承擔責任。

  Before finalizing your purchase, verify that your name and shipping address are correct. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable.

  
  
• 若您選擇便利商店取貨服務，包裹送達後請於7天內（包含假日）前往領取並完成付款。
  
  If you selected pick-up service at your chosen convenience store, please do so within the 7 calendar days timeframe.
  
  
  

黑名單 Blacklist

• 為了維持服務品質以及保證所有顧客都享有公平的服務標準，若您連續兩次未在指定時間內領取包裹，您的帳戶將無法再做使用。
  
  To ensure fair service to all customers, your account will be terminated if you fail to collect your parcel within the designated pick-up timeframe on two (2) separate occasions.
  
  
  
• 我們保留終止帳戶的權利，適用於不回覆未領取包裹通知或無法提供合理解釋的顧客。
  
  We reserve the right to terminate accounts of customers who do not respond to our communications about uncollected packages or fail to provide reasonable explanations for missed collections.
